Love - How to Define?

Ever had a dream of being in love? How does it feel? How a person looks like while in love? How he sees the world? How he treats others?

But, before all these questions, what is love?

Love - you can say it's a feeling, an emotion, a kind of possessiveness, a feeling of care, a devotion, dedication or in scientific language just a hormonal/chemical reaction in the brain or may be something else?

Whatever... but are you in love? Maybe. How to know? Ever wondered why you become excited on mere idea of visiting a hill station or a beach or a river? Is it a kind of your love for all these things? Maybe... Why you feel happy when you are with your kids or dear ones? Is it love or just our responsibility? Why we feel happy when our dear ones are happy or we feel sad when they are sad? Why we want to be in the company of certain people? Why we hate losing someone or something? Why we are possessive? Why we hate? Why we feel lonely? Is it all related to love?

May be or may not be. Everything cannot be love and everything cannot be dissociated from love. I can say I don't care about love as I don't love anyone. Why I am afraid? Why I care for at least myself? Why I want to be happy? Why I want to do always best? All these behaviors indicate that I, at least, love myself.

Someone likes to spend time in the moonlight or likes one's pet to be always around. We care for our family. We don't want to hurt someone. Some like nature. Some don't want to kill animals. Some want to do a specific job. And of course some want to visit moon. All these behaviors arise of responsibility, knowledge, skills, feeling of being best, social compulsions and the list never ends. But whatever we do there is a little love in that. We won't care for our family just because it's our responsibility. There is love involved. Otherwise we will end up just feeding them. We want to watch moon, hills, forests; it's our love for nature. We work so hard on some projects because we love success dissertation writing services. We are so much in love with certain things that we can do anything for them. Having said that everything is love one point of importance is that love accompanied by excessive possessiveness, selfishness, lust and other negative attitudes or emotions is not true love (I would rather call it a fatal love).

Love is not "me" its "you" or may be "us". If you love someone then don't expect that someone will do something to bring smiles on your face rather do some thing to give someone you love a smile and by looking at his/her smiling face you will automatically smile. Love is being happy in giving happiness to others.

So, to conclude, we all know we are in love with one thing or the other but our love may be fatal as I would call it and fatal things are not good for us. Fatal love can't give happiness, satisfaction, peace of mind and above all it can't give a meaning to our life.
